The interior features at Duval Park will be comprised of central air conditioning and water heaters, energy-efficient appliances such as: dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, range, microwave, and double compartment sink with garbage disposal. Wall-to-wall carpeting, mini-blinds, full-length mirrors, and ceramic tile bathroom floors, vinyl kitchens, washer/dryer in every apartment home, laundry rooms, walk-in closets, bath tubs, porches & balconies, intrusion alarms, ceiling fans with light kits in the living room and all bedrooms. 36 of the homes will be fully accessible and ADA-compliant. All apartment homes will also include an emergency call service.
There are also four 2-story homes available. Two are 3BR/2.5BA, and two are 4BR/2.5BA. All offer two-car garages.
The Duval Park community will also feature a clubhouse and pool that is accessible with a wheelchair ramp and lift.
